The store is incredibly crowded and staff charged us 1100 yen for an invisible stain without informing us beforehand, had no idea what the safe box they claimed was for and just feel scammed… They claimed that this is for washing the clothes and I’m just wondering if there’s no stain are they gonna even wash it at all?!
