初めてのレンタルで緊張しましたが、案内も丁寧でスムーズでとてもありがたかったです！また利用させていただきます。

Went here with my friend to rent yukata for the chestnut festival happening at okunitama shrine. They were kind and welcoming. I am a taller woman (177cm) so they let me know where the longer yukatas were which helped out a lot. They were extremely helpful with obi recommendations for our yukatas and they were quick with our hair. The hair turned out great and so did the yukatas. Also side note! We are both students studying abroad in Japan from America. So this place is foreigner friendly. The staff doesn’t speak English so make sure to know at least some Japanese before going. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very wonderful experience overall! Very warm, attentive and inviting with no judgement, they helped me and my friend out with picking our yukatas and what colors they think is best. Also, very foreigner friendly!! There are English instructions so it’s easy to follow along. On the website, they were very clear booking instructions and prices. Very easy to navigate! A notable experience was forgetting my shirt while redressing after our yukata experience, While I was waiting for my friend to retrieve it, they brought over a chair for me and were very professional about it. It was heartwarming! HIGHLY suggest!!!

今回も手際良く美しく着付けていただきました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。 支度や洗濯の手間が省けるラクさ、普段着ない色柄にチャレンジできる楽しさに味を占めて、vasaraさん2回目の利用です 今回いくらか気づいたことがあったので、書かせていただきます。 浴衣のつもりが勘違いで着物プランで予約してしまっていたのですが、単衣であればそのままお願いするつもりでした。 でも置いてあるのが袷のみだったので、数百円追加し浴衣に変更しました。 バリエ豊富だったので、浴衣とはいえ色味で初秋らしいコーディネートになり満足です。 この度はこれで良かったのですが、10月頃になるとさすがに着物を選びたいところです。でも気温が高い日に化繊の袷ってちょっと暑そう。 Q&Aを見たら単衣は置いてないようですが、置いてもらえると、気温に合わせたお着物を選べて良いなあと思いました。 また今回は９月ですし、若くもないので足袋もお願いしました。 昨今は｢浴衣を着物風｣もメジャーになってきているので、すんなり応えてくれるのかなと思ったのですが、｢浴衣では素足に下駄が基本｣とのこと。 それでも問い合わせてくださり、ＯＫを貰いお借りできました。 着物の方のオプションはとても充実していますが、浴衣でも足袋ありコーデを選べたり、足元もお洒落に、色柄足袋を選べたりと、もっと柔軟に対応してもらえたら良いなと感じました 事情があるのかもしれませんけど、こんな点ご考慮いただければありがたいです。
