This was a WONDERFUL experience! The ladies were so kind and helpful. I am grateful to experience Japanese culture and the beauty of kimono. I brought my mother for a birthday present. We will return and wear kimono again someday. Thank you so much ??

30日の日曜日に学割プランで利用させて頂きました……！ VASARAさんは着物の種類もたくさんある上に、ヘアセットが可愛くて着物レンタルをする時はいつも利用させてもらってます！ スタッフの皆さんも素敵な方ばかりで、迷っているとセンス抜群のアドバイスをしてくださいます 今回途中で鼻緒が切れてしまうトラブルもあったのですがすぐに対応してくださり、そういった面も素晴らしくて感動しました……！ また是非利用させていただきます！ ありがとうございました！

Kimono choices ? be prepared to fork out significantly more money in order to choose a decent kimono. The cheapest package didn’t have much to offer which kind of caught me by surprise at a similar price elsewhere would have had more choices. Hair ? honestly the reason to give this place a miss; very low effort and poorly done hair. Personally preferred having not done my hair with them at all? did not curl / hairspray your hair etc. Staff ? I think the staff tying the kimono is not very experienced; personally found the kimono slightly too bulky and messy (can see the uneven folding through the Obi belt) @store ?
